Report of possible impaired driver involving alcohol and marijuana

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement received a report of a possibly impaired driver who reportedly had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana and had marijuana in the vehicle. The vehicle was described as a black 2010 SUV and was last reported leaving the Chariton area about 10 minutes prior.
