It is and stations approved BOL, Centerville, and Forest. The BOL, Centerville, and Forest have a male driver with long black hair in a white van that says loaded diaper that spray painted on it. Male subjects were scaring profanities with the color and tried running them off the road. That vehicle pulled on McDonald's and is in the drive-thru now. Central's clear 1750.
