Tree on car and power lines on National Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a tree is on top of a parked vehicle and leaning on utility wires near Old National Avenue in Centerville. There is an apparent road hazard, but no active fire is reported, and the fire department response appears not to be needed while the power company is notified.
