Burglary of green car at Carmichael apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible vehicle burglary in the parking area of an apartment complex on Fair Oaks Boulevard in Carmichael. A caller said two males in black hoodies appeared to be breaking into a green Scion xB, ran off when seen, and then returned. Deputies are reported to be in the area.
