False fire alarm at Spring Ridge Drive complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a high-risk fire alarm at a multi-family building near Spring Ridge Drive in Carmel. Crews found no visible fire, and a sprinkler system contractor on site reported they were testing the system. Incoming units were later told to disregard.
