False alarm at Sam Center on Manchester Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an alarm at a center on Manchester Avenue showing motion in an east hallway. The incident was later determined to be a false alarm. Radio traffic also mentioned two juveniles staying with a family member and a separate report of a worker wanting to press charges on a manager at a nearby restaurant for allegedly elbowing him on the food line.
