Woman reports being assaulted on West 3rd Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible in-progress assault involving a 22-year-old woman, after her mother said she was on the phone with her when the assault was reported near West 3rd Street in Buttonwillow. It is unknown if the victim and the suspected assailant were still together when units were sent to the area.
