Electrical outlet sparking in Burnsville apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported electrical fire at an apartment complex on Irving Avenue South in Burnsville. Callers reported sparking from an electrical outlet. Engine Three arrived at the three-story building, saw no fire from the outside, and began investigating.
