Person yells threats at bicyclist and child after asking for money

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were requested to respond near Jones Street in Buffalo after a caller reported a person resting in the grass who asked a bicyclist for money and, on a second pass, yelled hostile/threatening statements toward the bicyclist and her child.
