Driver reports reckless dark blue pickup in Brainerd

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a dark blue pickup reportedly swerving and cutting off another vehicle while heading south near South Sixth Street and possibly South Fifth Street in the Brainerd area. The truck briefly stopped after being yelled at, the driver appeared to reach for something, and then the vehicle sped away.
