Two fall patients with chest pain and neck injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a location on Washington Street in St Marys for two people who reportedly fell. One man was reported to have chest pain and difficulty breathing, and a woman was reported to have a neck injury.
