Minor two-vehicle parking lot crash on East Wooster

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible non-injury collision between two pickup trucks, one red and one green, in a parking lot near East Wooster Street in front of a vape shop. Both drivers appeared to decline further action after apparent minor damage.
