55-year-old man suspected fentanyl overdose in Boulder park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible fentanyl overdose involving an adult man at Scott Carpenter Park near 30th Street in Boulder. The man was drifting in and out of consciousness but was reported to be breathing when responders were dispatched.
