Report of impaired driver on Bolt Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible impaired driver in a red Chevy SUV on the (number withheld) block of Bolt Road near the Eagle Two mine area in Bolt, Raleigh County. The vehicle reportedly nearly hit another driver multiple times before continuing toward Wyoming County, and the occupants appeared to be nodding off. No weapons, drugs, or alcohol were seen by the reporting driver.
