Woman unresponsive but breathing in vehicle near Park Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location near Park Ave in Sylvan Beach for a report of a woman slumped over in a black Nissan Rogue. She was reportedly breathing but unresponsive, and law enforcement was also headed to the scene.
