Police check on 911 hang-up at campus building

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible 911 hang-up from a cell phone at the Andrews Information Systems building near Pratt Drive in Blacksburg. There was no answer when dispatch attempted to call back, and the phone appears to be located in that building.
