Person intoxicated and threatening self with knife at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted near Town Hall Road for a woman who appeared extremely intoxicated and reportedly threatened self-harm with a knife. It is unknown if she inflicted any injury. Family members have left the scene.
