Wrong-way driver and unplated truck on Highway 90

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a possible wrong-way driver on Highway 90 near a J-turn by a local business. Units later reported a yellow Dodge Charger and a gold Ford pickup, with at least one vehicle described as having no license plate.
