Officers monitor very slow southbound vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed a vehicle leaving Belmont Church in Belmont, Louisiana, traveling south toward Main Street at a slow speed. The vehicle was reported moving between Converse and Pleasant Hill.
