Police search for fleeing person near Water Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies established a perimeter around Water Street, Bell Lane, Elm Street, and nearby roads in Bayboro for a possible fleeing subject. Units coordinated positions near a church, the sheriff’s office, and a canal, and requested a K-9 team and a drone to assist with the search. A bicycle was reported left near a wood line, and officers monitored bridge areas in case the subject crossed.
