Semi passes in no-passing zones on Highway 169

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white semi truck with a white cab and trailer driving south on US 169 near Highway 141, allegedly passing in no-passing zones and nearly causing head-on collisions. Units from Dallas County were advised to look for the vehicle.
