So 342, copy up being a alarm. Through the Verizon Wireless, North Euclead Avenue 212, North Euclid Avenue, across Ohio, and Vermont, caller came in through the alarm company showing a print door. They were able to reach the employee Anna that was on site. Did not know the correct password, so they're not able to cancel the alarm.
