Cuting cars, a red small vehicle with a black hood it looks like. Units and stations at BOL. It's going to be eastbound from the flats. There's a vehicle following the Vandir AMS ambulance on a high rate of speed. Vandir R&MS is running code on a transfer for anyone to Kalamazoo. Again, use stations to be eastbound on M-43. There's a vehicle attempting to follow the vand-vary AMS ambulance eastbound from the flat on M-43 while running code. Advise them clear, such as clear 2007.
