Person restrained after threats at Main and Market

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Baltimore, Ohio responded near Main Street and Market Street for a custody situation where a man reportedly slipped his handcuffs, removed his seatbelt, and continued making threats while being transported. Additional units assisted, and officers requested corrections staff to meet them at the jail sally port, where the man was further restrained and taken into custody.
