Person reported loitering outside residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence near Red Lake Avenue Northwest for a report of a suspicious person sitting outside. The reporting party believed the person may be a registered sex offender and was concerned about children at the home, and requested a welfare check.
