Adult male found unresponsive and not breathing in Athens

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Athens were dispatched to an apartment near Allen St for a report of an adult male who was unconscious and not breathing. Responders indicated CPR would not be started, and units were later cleared to return to service.
