Elderly male fallen upstairs needs medical lift assist

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical lift assist is reported for an elderly male who fell at a residence near Oak Street in the Village of Athens. The male appears uninjured but cannot be lifted up. He is reportedly a hospice patient located upstairs.
