Man making threats to stab people near Athens park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised about an adult man who left on foot from a regional park area near Athens. He was reported to have schizophrenia, to be off his medications, and to have made homicidal threats, including threats to stab people. It was unknown if he had any weapons.
