Traffic stop on Mustang on US 271 near Arthur City

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Mustang near the (number withheld) block of a highway by Arthur City. Radio traffic later referred to a possible Chevy passenger car and included a Texas license plate number.
