Person requests deputy for civil standby dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller asked to speak with a deputy about a possible civil standby related to a dispute that happened over the weekend near North 11th Street. Deputies were advised that they generally do not perform civil standbys, but someone was requested to call the person back.
