Female runs onto railroad tracks yelling at train

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a woman in a blue nightgown and red robe ran onto the railroad tracks near South Oak Street and yelled at a passing train. Deputies are sent to check her welfare, and it is reported that she was not hit by the train.
