Domestic disturbance involving woman in crisis

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and a crisis unit responded to a reported behavioral crisis at a home on Smith Road involving a 20-year-old woman who was described as out of control, screaming, and smashing items. No weapons were reported, and dispatch noted a prior incident at the same home in 2024 in which the woman reportedly swallowed pills.
