Welfare check for person with suicidal thoughts

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to stage with police near Upper Road in Antrim for a welfare check on a person reported as suicidal. The situation was called in by a counselor, and no suicide attempt had been reported at the time of the radio traffic.
