Report of children forced into truck in Amarillo

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were advised of a possible kidnapping: callers reported male subjects forced four children into the bed of a white GMC truck with a utility trailer and drove off. The vehicle was last seen eastbound on NW 15th, later described as eastbound on Boulevard. Any identifying name/plate information was broadcast but is withheld.
