Man behaves oddly near truck, car rolls against traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of a man acting strangely near a semi-truck parked eastbound on I-80 at Alta. The caller refused to assist after the man requested help moving the truck. The suspect’s vehicle reportedly rolled down a hill against traffic near Altamonte before stopping on the shoulder.
