Report of many dogs in poor living conditions

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a neighbor about a possible animal welfare issue at a residence on Alsea Deadwood Highway in Alsea, Oregon, involving around 15 dogs reportedly living in poor conditions and fighting with each other.
